A week ago I made a list of my assumptions- a mixed collection of 24 true and untrue beliefs. Now, after your article, I took this to the next step. I filled four pages writing about my untrue beliefs. This included a list of the results that each of them causes, and then a list of reframed positive beliefs.So, thank you for your blog.
