Nicki, you're question is such an important one. I want to answer it well. I'm in traveling, but hold on for me. I will answer as soon as I can. Meanwhile, there's a good discussion on Facebook about this topic: www.facebook.com/LIFEblog

Thank you for this fabulous question.

Bless YOU,

I really, really love this. The 21 day fast from negative self judgment can only be a good thing. I have read this through a couple of times and one sentence I am not understanding. "The real you knows that only the changeless is true and that peace is constant" What does this mean?
By the way I had to be very cognizant of what I was writing so I would not be negative on myself. Sentences that came natural to me were "I have had to read this several times because I never get it the first time:" "I am pretty sure I can't go 21 days, maybe 21 minutes"
This has also brought to light for me that I use ALOT of self deprecating humor when I am criticizing myself, outloud, to others. ALOT of humor. Wow, lots to think about today.
