When I read this, I was in the middle of writing a letter to someone who has been an important part of my life, and stuck on what to say next. I had woken up feeling ready to write the letter, but let pressure mount all day long that I needed to say how I feel as potently and effectively as possible because this could be my only chance with this person. An entire day has gone by and my stomach is telling me that I have something very big to fear (or that I badly need to exercise today). I'm afraid to leave the house until I finish the letter, because I have experienced that motivation to write authentically can fade so quickly and be difficult to find again. Still alone now in the early evening, I've cooked and baked everything in my kitchen and sat down to check my email, all to get away from my letter writing and the rapidly-passing time - an email from you which lead me to this site. I had no idea I would come across this video and your kind face telling me exactly what I needed to hear today, what I need to bring into my letter AND into my attitude about how I've spent the day (and the last year) in fear of what I really need to confront.
Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Liked the message. I very recently almost became homeless with my husband and we had to let go of our pride and ask for help. We are still struggling to get jobs, but we are in a safe environment and I think the hardest thing to let go of now is my anger at myself even though making the choice to leave my last job and relocate saved my health, emotionally and physically. I guess trusting that how it is going is how it is supposed to go is the hardest part. But we are both doing our best to get jobs so we can be on our own again.

Great video Cynthia...I am letting go of trying to be in control of my actions in relation to my family and activities. Hey...I'm a granny now and supposed to spoil these girls, not impose my rules. Letting God take the lead is empowering and strengthening to me and relaxing to us all. Have a beautiful day....Elizabeth
