I’ve been in the process of ending my marriage (longer than yours) and you just echoed what I’ve been saying to myself. I haven’t had a marriage for years and it is important to me that “he is well cared for.” Thing is, he is not helpless; until he wants to appear to be. He is perfectly capable when there’s something he wants to do. I needed to “hear” this guidance today. Thank you.

It felt as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. For the first time I was in charge of my life and instead of being afraid of making a mistake I embraced my mistakes, learned from them , forgave myself and continued forward with my life. I have to admit there have been times when I’ve again felt I could not handle a situation but each time I’ve trusted my gut and listened to my heart and this approach hasn’t failed me. I just need to remember to trust myself and do what feels right for me..not anyone else… ME!
