🙂 That’s fantastic, James! I fall to crazy thinking sometimes too and I do exactly the same thing, turn to some sane writing. I’ve come to a place that it’s finally a habit. Oh the amount of nonsense and chaos it saves me. I’m so glad it works for you too.

I woke up just this morning, started some ‘crazy thinking’, opened your Quotes and read, “Letting go does not mean giving up. It means taking your frenetic, chaotic energy out of the picture and releasing your attachment to the outcome.”
Instantly I thought, “Oh yeah. That’s right!” And I let go of all my crazy thinking on the topic of the month.
