Sometimes the task of improving our lives seems overwhelming. We use the excuse of not enough time, money, space, freedom or patience to do all the work required to repair, renew or begin again.
When the problems seem gargantuan, step back and hone in on one thing you can change (health, relationships, spirituality, career) and focus on improving just that area of your life. Use discipline and focus to stay on track.
Give yourself thirty days then reevaluate. You may be surprised to discover that the other problem areas of your life improve dramatically, too.
Rising tides lift all boats, focus on positively transforming something important to you and see that energy permeate your life.

What a great piece of advice, and a great quote to end with.
Hi, I read your blog, its really good and helpful . It proved to be beneficial to my personal life.thanks..
Very Good advice Cynthia. Eating a whale is overwhelming also. How is it done? By focusing on one small bite at a time. Easy does it.
My above reply was meant for a different subject.
Fear can steal so many things from us. Two years ago, I decided to not let fear stand in my way and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still there, it just doesn’t run my life any more.
I’m right with you Marla Wagner 🙂
Sage advice Cynthia … that’s exactly what I’m doing right now … and the question is still “what would I do if the money didn’t matter anymore?” … within 21 days, the answers are becoming more concrete! It’s scary to think of making a big leap & far less fright-inducing to think of baby steps. I can DO bebysteps! LOL
Just what I needed to be reminded of today…doing what I can first that has so motivated me to do more. Thank again Cnythia
I needed EXACTLY this 2day! ** I graciously accept any Positive Energy that anyone may send my way** <3
Marla- U too encourage ME! thank U
yes
Thank you for the reminder, I think I’ll print this off and carry it around with me as it’s my biggest inhibitor to progress… trying to do it all at once and getting frustrated by the lack of progress! 😉 x
I love this…so needed to hear this right now. Thanks so much for your wisdom and insights Cynthia :-)x
Yes, just one. Makes perfect sense.
