I’m a certified Optimize Coach, HeartMath Practitioner, yogi, and mentor, and I’ve spent nearly 20 years coaching women from teenagers to 88-year-olds. I’ve studied personal development voraciously, reading two-four pertinent books a month since I was 16, and was taught meditation at just four years old.

But my greatest qualifications come from real life. I was a ninth-grade dropout, a welfare mom, and later earned a law degree against all odds. I’ve survived devastating losses—being my husband’s caregiver after his aneurysm, raising my children as a single mom, and caring for my mother through her terminal illness. Each time, I had to rebuild I learned more.
