The only difference between 59 & 30 is my shoes. While high heels make your legs look fab, I’m now an oxford, riding boot and clog about type. You are whatever you believe yourself to be. Some say you are what you eat, and that is mighty true as well. But you really are what you think about all the time. I know that there is a direct connection between cancer and stress, ulcers, skin problems, and the list is endless. The body does have a truly wonderful capacity for self healing, but the healing of the mind and attitude towards our lives also brings about miracles. I’m not at all surprised at that 1981 study. When my mind and emotions are hurting, then somewhere in my physical makeup there is a disrupt and I feel it. When I’m content , my body follows. Namaste…brilliant post.
