God Box

The moments before we drift off to sleep are powerfully creative. We cross the bridge between our conscious and unconscious mind. Yet, before we can use those moments for good, we must clear space. This will help you.

The God Box –a sacred container devoted to your Spiritual Source. You choose the type of box (a simple envelope works too), write the things you’re concerned about (or grateful for), on paper, and close them inside, turning them over to Spirit. It’s a process that powerfully reinforces and supports the act of surrender and letting go. It does other things too.

I have several God boxes, some with twenty year old notes, scraps of paper with one or two words on them, and covering subjects ranging from forgiving difficult people to healing from crushing grief.

When you prepare to go to sleep at night, use a physical God Box or conjure one in your imagination. Place all of the things you’re thinking of in the box, everything that matters to you. Spend a few minutes unloading your life into God’s capable hands. Know that in order for Spirit to take it over, you must let it go. Keep letting go.

I found a forgotten God Box today (coincidental?). It had divorce papers with a prayer written on them. I prayed for a specific and fair outcome saying that if the divine plan was otherwise I accepted it (Florence Scoval Shinn’s prayer), but if it was not against the highest good, I gave thanks for its manifestation. It went exactly the way I asked.

I invite you to join me nightly on Facebook for comfort, support and creative manifestation practices before you go to bed.

Whether by cosmic conspiracy, Divine grace, and/or unconscious mind power, this works. I dreamt myself out of the ghetto and into the very life I imagined. I’ve manifested many other “impossible” outcomes. You can too.
