Someone dear recently pointed out that 2011 is not only a new year, it’s a new decade, a gateway to a new life. For so many, these past couple of years have been chaotic and challenging. We are the only ones who can change that and the timing couldn’t be better.
I am a devout believer in goal setting and strategic planning. I am not so arrogant as to believe that things go as planned, but I know that without a target, one goes nowhere or worse, somewhere they don’t want to be.
For the remainder of the year, I’ll be sifting through 2010, planning for 2011, and building the framework for the next decade of my life.

I can't agree with you more.Perhaps goals mean nothing to some extent,but we need it.People say life doesn't go whenever you want ,yet,plan for what's neccessarily suit us better.
