Many people say they don’t know how or why they should believe in themselves. Seek evidence to support believing in yourself and you’ll find it. Here are some examples of great reasons to believe in you:
I believe in myself because:
–I show up for the people I love.
–I’ve lived through real challenges and I am here, stronger and wiser.
–I learn from mistakes and always endeavor to be better.
–I am actively participating in the creation of my best life (you are if you’re reading this 🙂 ).
–Something greater than me believed in me enough to give me life.
You will have reasons that are specific to you. There is great cause to believe in You.
Use this affirmation to get you started:
Today, I begin to actively and consistently search for reasons to believe in myself.
Do this at the exclusion of what anyone has ever said to you. You are the most powerful person in your life.
Can you think of a few reasons to believe in yourself right now? Share them and support others.
I give hope to others. I truly care about others happiness. I believe in them when no one else will.

Sometimes I think people around me believe in me more than I self, it’s maybe because I can see anymore the potential in myself and that’s not funny! So, I want to believe in me more than anyone in the world… because you’re RIGHT 🙂

Riti- Sometimes I get nervous before a show or when I turn something in for publication. Old phantoms of fear surface and to me they can feel real. My friends and family look at me at say, “You’ve got to be kidding!” 🙂 The wonderful thing is the more I do whatever makes me nervous, the easier it becomes and the faster those old phantoms disappear.
