I’m sorry.
Whether business or personal, all relationships encounter conflict sooner or later. In these moments, we learn and show others who we are. It isn’t always easy to admit we’re wrong. At a minimum, it’s uncomfortable. Don’t let that get in the way of delivering a full apology.
It takes a big person to quickly and sincerely admit their error and take responsibility. The sooner you do it the easier and more healing it will be. Instruct the ego to stand down and get to the business of being someone you’d like to know.
Also, if you are parent, apologizing to your children isn’t an admission of your inadequacy, it’s a lesson that will make them better people.

so true… children need to know it’s ok to be human
